Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: No cancellations or refunds 48 hours before a paid session. One reschedule is allowed in the case of an emergency. Missed sessions/no-shows cannot be rescheduled.

In the event of a cancellation before 48 hours of a session, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply to the refund.
